Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your personal data from Spotly, we provide a straightforward process to honor your request. We are committed to respecting your privacy rights and will process your deletion request promptly.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

Your account information (name, email, profile picture)
All saved locations and place information you've added
Your created lists and collections
Your subscription and usage data
Location sharing preferences and collaborations
Any uploaded images or media content
Authentication tokens and session data

How to Request Data Deletion

📧 Email Request

Send an email with your deletion request to:

⏱️ Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email and send you a confirmation once completed.

Required Information

To process your deletion request, please include the following information in your email:

The email address associated with your Spotly account
Your full name as registered in the app
Subject line: "Data Deletion Request - [Your Email]"
Confirmation that you understand this action is irreversible

Facebook Data Deletion

If you signed up using Facebook Login, requesting data deletion from Spotly will also remove any data we received from Facebook. However, this does not delete your Facebook account or any data stored by Facebook themselves.

To manage your Facebook data separately, visit your Facebook Settings > Privacy > Apps and Websites, and remove Spotly from your connected apps.
